Putra Night Skate

Some times ago, we went to Putrajaya challenge park, to “challenge” ourselves.

Among us, only Naz has real experience in this kind of terrain, so, quite a beginner session for us.

Actually this session was first time for most of us, without much experience on this kind of surface. Speed is very fast when going downward, and require enough balancing skills to keep rolling.

However, no pain no gain, nice try guys!

on a rainy Wednesday(27/1/2010), Ben+V+WK found a new place to buy skates

shop name:Wheel love Enterprise

Boss name: Su Keats

this place sells lots of hand made T-shirts, skateboards, agro skates, recreational skates, snacks(mamee monster...) and MANY MORE.
BTW the best part of this shop is the main door is at the side... so try not to go upstairs to find the shop.

Our new acquaintance

After skating for a few years in the "dark", a light is going to shine upon us...
=Skip the long winding=

Ben somehow manage to know a guy(aka ccSiang) from a forum, who somehow know a honorable friend (aka ken soo), who wants to form a team for Malaysia.

the team will be consist of 2 types of skaters: slalomer and slider.

After several meet ups, Ken has promise to borrow us some skates (various size) and some other equipment(s) to help us in our beloved and UNOFFICIAL club, do not have to borrow newbies our beloved/expensive skates (esp V). Ken is also willing to talk to our MMU sports division and HOPEFULLY this time WE CAN BE OFFICIAL~!!!!!!

Furthermore to enhance our skill of slaloming/sliding/skating, Ken is also bringing honorable professional skaters all the way from Singapore to support us. (how cool is that?)

There are more cool stuff(s) but yet to be announce...

Ken's greatest hope is to increase skaters/slalomers/sliders in Malaysia and hope that we as Malaysia can appear in the Slalom competition in August at Korea.

you guys can visit this website for more info: http://www.worldslalomseries.com/

Currently now our clubs got only 3 slalomers and 1 slider, hope in the near future more will emerge......

PS: sorry no picture to show Ken face...
